Is calculated based on the conditional capacity of a ship

 * When calculating the tonnage and towing service fees to those carrier ships and tankers (OBO) which have double bottom, double side and isolated ballast tanks are extended the 15 % discount in case of submission of International Oil Pollution Prevention (IOPP) Certificate by the vessel (agent).

**Port Dues and Charges for the barge and tugboats shall be calculated bu multiplying the floating means following particulars in meters - Length Overall, Breadth and Molded Depth amidships to Upper Deck:V = LOA x B x D. (conditional volume)
