Training and development at Kulevi Oil Terminal is an ongoing effort within the organization to improve the performance of its employees.  This is an integral part of every employee at the terminal, as it is believed that qualified and motivated employees are the precondition for success in the industry of oil and gas.

The main training courses organized in this method are based on compliance and safety requirements for the development of skills and knowledge. Most of the external training courses are class room based but certain training courses are also organized computer- based.


Internal training: This is an effective training method that helps improve the qualifications of the employees, as the trainings and their contents are customized based on company requirements and are conducted by qualified and experienced personnel from various fields of expertise. This method enables the organization to control the time and duration of the training course, as it never overlaps with the working schedule of the employees and so employees never fall behind schedule in their work.
