Cargo Officer Vacancy

Requirements:

 

  • Higher education qualification by Economical Education (preferably in Oil Industry);
  • Minimum one year of working experience is desirable (on the relevant position) ;
  • Knowledge of the regulations provided by the customs legislation;
  • Knowledge of Custom Database Automated System (ASYCUDA) (preferably);
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs;
  • knowledge of Georgian, English and Russian languages.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work in the Customized Data Automated System (ASYCUDA);
  • Preparation of information on the volume and volume of products supplied by rail carriages (RTC) and ships (marine tankers) and timely delivery to customs structures;
  • Preparation of documents required for the declaration of goods / cargo actually received / sent on the basis of cargo / product unloading / loading acts to be submitted to the customs structures;
  • Receiving necessary and essential information from ship service agencies;
  • Obtaining the necessary information about the railway wagon-tanks through the Customized Automated Data System (ASYCUDA);
  • Preparation of information to be provided to customers;
  • Preparation of documents to be submitted to the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
  • Preparing and submitting product / shipping reports to immediate supervisors;
  • Properly compile various records and take responsibility for the accuracy of the information;

 

Salary and Benefits:

 

  • Monthly remuneration to be determined based on agreement between parties;
  • Work schedule – Work in shifts. 14-17 shifts per reporting month. Working hours - 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, (break is not included in the working time).
  • Overtime working hours due to job necessity to be reimbursed in accordance with Georgian legislation and internal company policy and procedures;
