Kulevi Terminal and Sea Port operated by State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) started its operations from May 16th, 2008. The Terminal’s capacity of transshipment is up to 10,000,000 tons of hydrocarbon and petrochemical products per year. 
The terminal was designed for transshipment of hydrocarbons and petrochemical products. Our services include receiving of hydrocarbons and petrochemical products by railway, transfer to tanks, storage, transfer to and from sea vessels and operation of jetty facilities.
